We appreciate you referring your prospective purchaser(s) to Hampton Lake.  Hampton Lake Realty, L.L.C. has a policy of paying referral fees to the procuring cause of its real estate closings.  Hampton Lake Realty, L.L.C. will pay a 5% co-broker referral fee for a Homesite Sale, a 3½% co-broker referral fee for a Villa, Carriage, Cottage, Coach Home Sale, and/or Model/Spec Home (Resale), a 1% referral fee to the referring broker of any homesite sale that generates a custom build job with one of our participating builders (1% of build job initial contract so long as Hampton Lake Participating Builder Program remains in effect) to the procuring South Carolina Licensed Agency, provided that the Customer is registered by the registering Broker and the customer executes a purchase agreement and closes pursuant to the terms of that Purchase Agreement.

Customer registration may not be honored if the Customer is already working with a Hampton Lake Realty, L.L.C. agent, or if the Customer is registered by a different referring Broker.  In the event two or more brokers refer the same prospect, the commission will be paid to the ‘procuring cause’ broker.

Broker herewith acknowledges that this registration serves as a temporary registration which expires 90 days from the date shown above, unless Broker or its agent has accompanied the customer to the Hampton Lake Sales Center.
