Backwater Bill’s Dinner Menu

Fried Raviolis served with marinara  7

 

Enchiladas

Chicken & sour cream enchiladas topped with tomatillo salsa and cheddar jack cheese.  Served with black beans & Spanish rice  10

 

Duck Breast

Pan seared Mallard duck breast sliced over teriyaki, ginger demi.  Paired with whole grain brown rice and steamed broccoli  17

 

Pork Chop

12 oz. double cut pork chop grilled to your liking with Montreal spice rub.  Served with Granny Smith apple & maple demi glace, roasted sunshine blend potatoes and steamed broccoli  18

 

Salisbury Steak

Seasoned chopped steak slow cooked in a rich mushroom & onion gravy accompanied with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli  9
