Group training sessions are now available bright and early for those of you who like to get your workouts over with first thing! 1 hour sessions begin Monday, August 8, at 6:15 A.M. and will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All fitness levels from beginner to advanced are welcome and encouraged to participate. Only $25 dollars per person per session, which is over 60% off of a regularly priced 1 hour session! This is a great way to jumpstart your workouts and have fun with friends at the same time! Sessions available in packages of 12 only. A minimum of four people is required to sign up.

Let’s face it, effective exercise routines can be difficult to put together… Should I work out 2, 3, 4 days this week? Total body, or upper/lower split, or something completely different?
